We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, for example which pages are popular. These cookies are only set if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, no analytics cookies are stored. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Bookings

Appointments are booked through Fresha. When you book, Fresha handles your details under its own privacy policy, available on fresha.com.

Enquiry forms

When you send a message or course enquiry through this website, we use your details only to reply to you and to manage the course or appointment you ask about. Your enquiry is stored securely with Cloudflare, our website host, and emailed to our Google Workspace inbox. We keep website enquiries for 12 months and then delete them. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam; it checks that a real person is sending the form.

If you phone or email us, we use your details only to reply to you and to manage any course or appointment you ask about. To see or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@brightsmilesbeauty.co.uk.
